Secret password in ROTT

What is this secret password used for, and how do you use it. I found this in the rott Config File.

It's the parental lock password, but it's encrypted.

well I dont need to use this then.

I thought it might have been a password to some extra levels and other goodies or something like that. Oh well

Nope it's too long. A Parental Lock can only use 19 characters.. oh but this is Rott.. hmm not idea about that..
