I have found this on deviantart:

"Another HD remake for Apogee, (note the enemy in this is from another of our games, he is a place holder), Yet another project that never came to light. We would love to do them, but will have to wait until FOREVER-AFTER."

Wow, good find. At the screenshot health, level and weapons are wrong at the staus bar.

It looks more "animated" than "HD".

Looks more like an animated comic book done by Dark Horse (which was the publisher that put out "Barb Wire" I believe) or something.
