Duke Nukem DNF assets used on other Duke games?
What are the chances of the boys taking assets that were originally created for dnf and use them on another game like D-Day?

I think there is a high chance of this happening and I'm interested to see if someone could post something that could change my mind on this.

Techically, 3DR can do what they want with DNF and all of its assets. Yes it would be stupid for 3DR to do this because of the lawsuit but the temp restraining order T2 tried to put on 3DR was denied by the courts.

So I guess George brought a copy of what they have to T2 back in 09? How do you know T2 knows all the assets created for dnf and how do you know t2 can prove certain assets were for dnf? Im sure I seen a pic of DDay Scott posted somewhere that clearly had the stadium in it.

This pic is what makes me believe dnf assets are being used in dday.

What makes you assume that's it's from a [different] game called D-Day?

Maybe they just changed the name from Duke Nukem Forever to D-Day to avoid having to deal with Take Two? They could release D-Day with another publisher and then submit a game called "Duke Nukem Forever" developed on Quake 2 technology to Take Two to fulfill the contract.

'Duke Nukem' posted it and called it a "D-Day Preview pic".

Still doesn't say anything about being a new game.

Why even post this pic? What was Scott thinking? These days he seems to be just a millionaire gamer playing around with his toys not really knowing whats around the corner except he still owns the Duke ip. I think were all waiting for him to run out of cash so he is forced to sell up then a 21st century gaming developer will pump out some Duke games.

And undo this horrible mess.
