Max Payne 2 Save Problem

I installed my Max Payne 2 yesterday everything was fine until
a problem with save games happened
When i died and tried to load my Quick Save the game returned to windows
and gave the usual windows error (the one with problem accoured send or dont send)
I tried it with normal Save Games it happened again
besides this save problem the game works perfectly fine
anyone can help me with this issue ?

Note: the game is updated to its latest version
