need help installing high rez duke.
the instructions on the high rez faq aint very clear to me, i must be missing sumthin. could sumone just gimme step by step clear instructions on how to get high rez to werk with all the bells and whistles. please. its driving me nuts.

What version of HRP have you downloaded? The latest one is HRP XTR, if you have the old 11/2005 pack, download the new one here. I recommend downloading the zipped version from Plagman's mirror.

1) Unzip (or install) the HRP XTR content into an EMPTY directory.
2) Copy duke3d.grp into that directory.
3) Run "Play high-resolution Duke Nukem 3D.bat" from that directory.

That's all you have to do.

thats what i pretty much did before. now how do i get the new 3d models to werk. i went in the settings and changed it to 32 bit already too.

The correct setting is 1024x768 32b Polymost.

You must run that batch file or make a shortcut that runs "eduke32.exe /gduke3d_xtr.zip /gduke3d_sd.zip" Make sure you have duke3d_xtr.zip and duke3d_sd.zip in your directory.

It MUST work then.
