Center of Gravity problem

I am in Center of Gravity - I am at the point where you have to spirit walk through force field on asteroid (with shuttle pad) - when I go to the console to deactivate the force field, I do not get the "hand" to deactivate. I have tried reloading several times but still doesn't work. Any ideas?

You're probably at the wrong console. There are two consoles on that planet. One turns off the forcefield, the other (which only becomes active AFTER turning off the forcefield!) controls your next passageway. By the way, that part can be completely done in SpiritWalk, you don't even need the shuttle pad on the planet!

No, I was at the correct console. I finally reloaded from an Autosave point and the console worked fine.
