Second Chances

I stuck at the part were you come to the two portals on the floor that are beside eachother.And you have to go into spirit mode and you have to go into the right portal and from there on i am stuck but i got past the room that you come to when you go through that portal.But i went into another portal that is located in that same room.And it took me to another area and thats were i am stuck.Its the part where a sphere is comeing out of a hole.Someone help please???Thanks!
