Wanton Destruction Crash
I get this message when trying to start Wanton Destruction

I'm using win xp pro.
I've tried launching thru DOSBOX and VDM Sound and I get the same errors.

If you've ran vdms, there should be a small file (about 1K in size) with the
same name as the main executable, switch to 'detail view' it should be
called 'vdmsound shortcut', right-click on this file, click on 'properties', click
on 'compatibility' and assign more memory, see screenshot attacment, save
everything and run sw again, hopefully it will work ok.

Thanks.

I looked in the directory and I could not see the VDMS configuration file.

I did however, manage a workaround to the error by deleting the "sw.cfg" and making a new one with the setup program. The newly built configuration file made the game launch a-ok. So I guess we could safely say that the old configuration file was at fault.
