If you put yourself in Duke's shoes, um, boots, what do you think his feelings are right now? What would he say in a public speech?

It's now closed captioned for the hearing impaired. Just kidding, but the real reason is because some people can't make out what he says. Now, when you read as he speaks, it makes a difference.

Well thank you very much! Glad you were also able to hear and understand it. Some people say they had a hard time. I think their sound and speaker setup can't deliver the optimal sound intended, as in the case for most laptop users.
