Duke Nukem 3d for the PSN.

hey 3DRealms,

i know you must have millions of requests asking for a PS3 port of DN3D.
what is the hold up?
will we see DNF before DN3D on the PS3????

There was interest in releasing a PS3 port but no actual clarification that one would actually be coming in the near future.

Currently I believe 3D Realms are tied up planning or even initiating their next step so something like this probably isn't a priority in the long run. Will it still happen? Possibly, as I believe they it's still within their I.P. rights to do so.

Guess we'll have to wait until 3D Realms unveils the next step in recovery.

3DRealms will be OK,

you guys still have ROTT I.P & Shadow Warrior I.P.
so good things will come especially when people experience Duke and acknowledge the effort put into it by 3DRealms they will ask / beg for more.

Yes, they still own those I.P. but that doesn't mean we will see anything big from those two.

If you're talking about DNF, that cannot be a hold-up since 3DRealms has currently nothing to do with DNF. And anyway, Duke3D for PS3 came out on December 2, 1997.
