Duke3d on Windows 7

Used to play this game back in 98 to about 2002. Great game. Havent played any PC games since then. Felt like playing this again for some nastagia with a couple friends. Having some trouble getting it going on my laptop. I have windows 7, was wondering what steps I would have to take to get this running again.
