what happenend to birgers winrott page

i wanted to go to birgers winrott [age top re download his map editor but when i went on it a random site in an entirely different language came up

is it just me or has birger moved his site or (please god hopefully not) gone?

It does appear to be down. Maybe he's moving it to another host?
