What did the guy say before Sam made that face.

Also the guy on the sofa looked a lot like Alan Wake from the game, was his face used for the character model as well.

I think he said: "let's see the face again" or something like that.

and yes, that is the guy who is Alan Wake. They even call him Alan wake several times in the video.
