EDuke Release Candidate
Big news:

I've sent the Release Candidate to 3D Realms for approval to ship.

This is Version 16.

I tried to also announce this on Dukeworld, but I can't even PING it...

Dukeworld is down 3 out of 24 hours normally. Not there fault, it is the second last hop.

If you want, just mail me the files that you want uploaded and I can do it. Another thing is just to email them the files. It works for my four sites there.
