I dont know Dukester but you can try Playwang although its mainly for SP atm, but has all the bells and whistles

Dukester X seems to not be under development anymore. There was a 2.0 preview some time ago, but it was taken offline, and now the most recent one you can get is here:

It's a nice program, but seeing as no work is being done on it anymore, PlayWang has got my support. Shouldn't be tough to implement proper multiplayer coding into it. If you need any help feel free to send a message my way ProASM.

Currently the multiplay code in Playwang is like Duke3d's.
To get it to work, just let me know how, and we can test it here.
