Tell Duke to shut up

The n64 version of Duke 3 had a great feature in mp which allowed the players to over hear another Duke talk. ie If another player/Duke were in the next room and said "Where is it" you would slightly here him through the wall. This added a great amount of fun during death matches as you would hear the other Dukes talking trash as gibs were flying.

Will this mp Duke talk be in this one?

Anyways those of you who haven't ran around with a bunch of Dukes are in for a treat.

Forgot about the N64 version. I played it at a mates way back in the day and it is good fun.

Yeah this wasent really about the n64 but the Duke talk in Duke 3d. I just wanted to to talk about how much fun it is to play Duke with lots of other Dukes. Just hearing all those Dukes talk at the same time made me grin from ear to ear. A room full of Dukes all spouting out one liners=OMG this is the funniest thing ever.

I can't recall if the XBLA version does that, but I'm inclined to say no, because it's based on the PC original. But I also haven't had my first cup of coffee yet this morning, so I don't remember for sure.

I need coffee for anything, if I don't have it then I'm toast.

If your playing multi player then you'll get him to talk when he's shooting or something. Duke duke duke. Would that be too much of an echo.

I'm pretty certain the PC version has that. In fact, I remember hunting down a few people that way. I could always hear Duke hump a wall in the next room or sing, or yell, or heal himself, or kick, or pick up a gun
