I downloaded the patch - help me!

Hi i downloaded the max payne patch.Then i installed it.When i doubled click the mouse on the max payne icon he compuer tells me Please insert cd-rom and restart application.Can you tell me what to do please?

Your CD is in the drive before you do all this, right?
