Irritated Who's in office?
George Broussard is at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, attending the World Series of Poker 2009, starting at Event 19: No-Limit Hold'em / Six Handed.
As of now, he does not seem to have ranked in at ANY list. Not in the result list for Event 19 is he listed: Event 19 Results.

No George Broussard in any list, and I went through all from Event 19 to Event 26 (Limit Hold'em). Sure, his Twitter posts confirms that he is no real casanova, but to place yourself below #108 seems just a tad... well. What is even stranger is that I do not seem to be able to find the name George Broussard anywhere. Searches for "George" result in "George Rocchi" (who is an Insurance Broker) and "George Antoniou" (who could be any of the following), at least for Event 28 (which happens to be the most recent event George twitters about). Is George playing under a different name to try and hide away from potential Take-Two lawyers, or what is going on?

I also wonder what is happening at the 3D Realms HQ. According to Google Maps, the offices are located at 3960 Broadway Blvd in Garland, TX 75043. A few pictures popped up (specifically of a building that looks like an office). Search for "3D Realms Entertainment" at http://maps.google.com/ and you should see the building right away. I cannot confirm that it is that building, but around it there is a Walmart, a drug store, a U-STOR Self Storage and some others. Does anyone here at the forums live in this area, that can confirm/disconfirm if this is the 3D Realms HQ?

Searches for "Garland, TX 75049-6419" (which is the mailing address for 3D Realms, at least according to this yielded an image of Main Street and Main Street Bar & Grill.
I also found via Google Maps what I think can be a phone number: (858) 551-5497

I also wonder who's in office. If we are to believe that the building in the pictures is 3D Realms HQ, it seems that it is one of those office buildings/complexes, where not just one company, but multiple, occupy. If so, perhaps it's just deserted and the purpose of George's Vegas trip is to scrap up some for rent. Bryan Turner is still listed as "3D Realms Staff" (while Joe Siegler is listed as "Former 3DR Staff"), and the staff page (http://www.3drealms.com/bio/staff/) has still not been updated.

While I believe we cannot force any answers due to NDA's and other legal documents, this is as usual up for discussion and speculation.
Conspiracy, fire sale, or is it still coming out WID?

Cheers! //Rösti

Good job, you can type umlaut. So can I: Ĺ, Ä, Ö... and why not the Icelandic as well: Ć, É, Í, Ó, Ú, Ý, Đ, Ţ. :rollgiveadamn:

After doing some careful detective work, I've determined 3960 Broadway Blvd in Garland, TX 75043 is their old office. They moved out of there in 2002.

Not sure, but I think their new building has a Lamborghini out front. I don't want to give out the address, as 3DR seems to attempt to not make it public, but, yeah. I think there's a Lamborghini out front.

And, of course, me. Because I'm stealing the nuke symbol in the floor.

He's playing under the name "Rusty Trombone" due to the fact that his playing skills are way "out of tune".
