Some questions

Hi,
I'm making a video review for prey. How do I "record" demos, and how do I play them? Is it the same as Quake 4? And did prey ever get multicore support in a patch? If so, how can I turn it on?

I figured out how to make a single player demo (same as Q4). When I try the same command in multiplayer, when I play it, everything is in slow motion. Do I need to make a netdemo file for multiplayer? Also, I did an .avi recording of my demo... where is this placed? I'm starting prey through steam, and I'm on Vista.
