just a question

when im playing a dukematch and go to fire my weapon after about 3 seconds the gun starts firing and also when im aiming right at them the bullets dont hit but fly past him is this to do with lagg how can a compinsate with this

It is to do with lag. Find a better host or get faster internet.

Lag can also come from other people with really bad internet connections. Hell, during my days of counter strike, these people would literally get the crappiest connection speed just to get into a server and lag everyone out.

It was sad really. They have nothing better to do so they just get on a game and just grief. You sorta felt sorry for them being so pathetic and stuff, until you voteban his/her noob a$$ and get on with the game.
