Versions (Censored?) and Release Dates In Different Countries

First of all, I am curious if Duke will be released everywhere at the same time. Will for example someone in Switzerland also be able to download the game on the 24th or are there different release dates for different countries? Also when will we know how many points the game will cost?

Many Dukers have also asked, if the game will be available in their country. I have heard rumors that in those countries that are strict on "violent" games, there will be a censored version with no blood, nudity and stuff like that (that is if the game will be available in those countries at all). Joe or George, can you guys confirm that or is that just a rumor?

Also when and where can people living in those "anti-duke" countries find out, if Duke3D will be available?

I think we need to wait for the official word from Microsoft on Major Nelson's site. I'm not 100% sure (honestly), and I don't want to say the wrong thing.
