EDuke32 Problems
Ok so I have EDuke32 1.5.0devel 20090313 and I have Duke Nukem 3D: Atomic Edition under games in the setup tab. After i click “Start” the program gets hung on: Resizing code buffer to 16187*4 bytes. After it stays on this screen for a little while I click on it and it just says (Not Responding). I have a decent computer and the funny thing is if I leave it alone eventually the game will pop up after around 7-8 minutes. Also I have tried to go into the .cfg files and delete anything with “ModDir” in it but that only helped one time. I'm posting my eduke32.log and my computer specs.

Eduke32.log:

Sounds like the HRP is taking several minutes to load for some reason...

Re: EDuke32 Problems
I have a similar problem which started after using HRP v4 (svn321). Not as drastic though. My delay happens randomly and usually only lasts about 30 sec to maybe a minute. My computer is slower than PC-48s, but I'm running XP.
My guess is that is has something to do with available memory.
Vista is a notorious memory hog. Couple that with some resource using background programs and antivirus programs, the result is slow load times.
