Duke Nukem II ending

I remember there were 3 text screens in Duke2 episode 4 ending. But the current Duke2 version I'm playing has only 2 of them. If you look carefully after the first text screen, you can see a flash of the missing screen and then getting the final screen (where Duke finds the Earth). In the missing screen Duke talked about picking up babes to his ship and drinkin all the soda, if I remember correctly. Could anyone tell me, how to get the missing text screen?

I used that and found that screen. But I was wondering, how to get that in-game. I remember getting that ''lost screen'' when I finished episode 4 first time and haven't got that anymore since then. It could also be possible that the player has to do something special during the game to get the screen.

I used to get that one extra cutscene but now it also doesn't show it for me.

Has anyone found a video that actually shows the screen? The videos I found on Youtube never show that second screen.

Also, I just had a look at the EXE and found the file name of every end screen, except for "END4-2.MNI". I know the game might still load the file by editing one of the other filenames, but it's kinda strange that the only image whose filename can't be found in the executable doesn't show up in the game (or at least not always).
