Today (the 3rd) is the 20 year anniversary of the release of Blake Stone & Duke Nukem II. I wrote about them for the anniversary over on my blog.

Duke2 has the coolest environment, atmosphere and music in the Apogee games imo. The most memorable levels are E1L5, E1L7 and E3L4 (the backdrop). Long live the classic.

Long live the classic "Duke Nukem II". One of my favorites since my childhood. Happy birthday to Duke Nukem II & Blake Stone.

Now that I think about it... Duke II probably had the best soundtrack of all the Apogee/3DR games. Bobby Prince was the man!
