'legendary game maker 3D Realms'
Could 3DR/Interceptor please have some consistency in their descriptions, naming schemes and such?

From the 'Old Friends' Teaser: 'legendary game maker 3D Realms'

Wouldn't a better word be developer or studio? Who the hell says 'game maker' when referring to a development studio over the age of 10?

iTunes/Spotify for soundtracks also lack capitalization and the title differs service to service (variants of 3dRealms, 3DRealms, 3d Realms)

You're supposed to be a professional studio. While these are minor things it honestly makes you guys look a tad unprofessional.

In the 3D Realms Anthology Soundtrack, Bio Menace is spelt wrong as well as Wacky Wheels when playing in a media player...

Another great example of '3DRealms'. Just like how the Duke Nukem games on Steam all used the same logo, Rise of the Triad loading screens full of spelling mistakes (unless they've finally fixed them). It doesn't hurt to put a little bit of effort into things.

Not trying to bash 3DR/Interceptor but damn...get a couple of people in the studio to proof read...maybe buy a dictionary, a thesaurus..I guess most of the devs aren't native English speakers but surely someone is.

Ah, when there's no news to keep them occupied, the "fans" resort to getting their jollies by bashing companies over the most trite things.

It's hardly bashing, I have respect for the developers and the efforts they made towards doing a Duke3D remake, Rise of the Triad was fun even with the issues like depth of field setting crushing blacks and making it look like poop, Bombshell looks good and the FPS prequel will be exciting. My gripe is simply that having spelling, grammatical errors and otherwise strange choice of words as mentioned in the opening post where they say game maker when anything from production studio to videogame developer/publisher would make more sense and sound less unprofessional.

Constructive criticism and feedback is necessary when the company itself seems to neglect things like this. It's the small details that make a world of difference, lots of small issues and errors ruin the big picture.

Thanks for bringing that up. I've passed this on to the execs, and all agree it's an important point. Will definitely bring this on board for future work, and see about getting some of these other things corrected.

I also am surprised I didn't notice the Bio Menace & Wacky Wheels myself, to be honest!

Once more I feel as if I should reiterate that I by no means intended offence. I'm a fan which is why I browse these forums, it is just something that I had noticed several times in the past that stuck out to me but I suppose that can be attributed to the majority of the team not being native English speakers.

Good to hear that it is something that will be taken into consideration. You guys are always quick to respond to this sort of thing which is great!

Looking forward to Bombshell, interested in how the prequel FPS will turn out.
