Prey MP 2010

I remember playing the demo and lovin it! But i did hear the MP was dead @ release do never botherd to buy it, decided to buy it today, was cheap anyway

. Thinking SURELY there would be one or two servers online? Well the server list is empty, heard it doesnt show servers and that u have to connect by ip? This true? If it is, anyone got any ips?

I am not entirely sure about the IP thing, i mean last time i played it, when it was supposedly dead, it was still fine making a listen server, but the fact that nobody really seems to care to check out the multiplayer anyway, kinda makes that a pointless attempt...

The best yo could do, is get in touch with someone privately, and ask them (assuming they own the game too) if they wanna play, so you can get going together... It's not really worth waiting, or hoping for others to play so you can join them, it happens too rarely, so you really gotta start up a thing yourself if you're interested in the MP...

Too bad the Prey's multiplayer felt flat like that...

@Micki! If I recall, didn't the MP die out right away after the demo came out?

Its really hard to get a MP game going on PC or 360, nobody wants to play it.

It was still a little alive after it came out, they even made some patches for some multiplayer fixes, i remember one specific match where Joe actually played, and i remember other matches with quite a few people as well, i definitely got to try almost all maps before it died out, so it wasn't immediately after the demo...
Keep in mind that was for PC, did you play it on your xbox or also on PC..?

Anyway, i kinda liked it, nothing groundbreaking, but fun enough to keep round imo, it's kinda a shame it's dead...

At the time, I had played it on PC. Later it was on the xbox.
I got Prey for both, but hardly play it now.
