Max Payne writing plagiarized by german metal band

Hi there, everyone, I lurk here a bit, but I had to share this:

I was googling for Jack Lupino lines to quote somewhere, when I noticed some crappy third-rate metal band by the name of "Mystic Circle" plagiarized the text into one of their songs:

"Satanic Rituals", from the album "Open the Gates of Hell"

A mystic full moon
shines from the sky
Dark clouds obscure his light
The night of invocation has come
Priests of darkness are gathering

[ Refrain ]
Satanic rituals
In the name of Satan

To get closer to hell

It would have been cool if it was an homage to Max Payne but it seems they just slapped the line to some crappy lyrics.

No. the whole speech by Lupino was taken almost verbatim into the track, with a few words changed. If it were a tribute, there would be some comments from the band that the lyrics were insired by Max Payne. There's nothing of that sort anywhere.
