Something I've been wondering about ... Does "Gone Gold" mean something different for video games than music? (Music == Sold x copies, isn't it?) How can they have sales #s before the game is released? (Joe mentioned in another thread that it takes a while to compile those #s).

I've got my copy preordered already, as per my thread on the subject. Though with a July 11 release, it'll probably arrive at my house right around midterms >_< (Luckilly I have only one class for summer session
