Prey wont start
Hello

I just got my hands on Prey, but after installing it I got an error message saying my grapichs card does not support the necessary features. Ive got an nVidia Geforce 8800 GTX card and Ive never run into a problem like this before. MY drivers are all up to date, and Ive also tried reinstalling and patching the game without luck, please give me some help

Thank you

I dont know much on pc, sorry. But it good game, thats got to suck if it doesnt run for you. I would say if you had a 360 get it for that.

I think i have ATI RADEON X300 SE Graphiks kard, says on sticker =\, try buying that. Works for pretty much all of mein games. Go out and buy the card it say in bottom or back of box, you dont want to miss out on that game. Dont really care for the multi but the singleplayer rocks ^.^

Well thx for the reply, yeah it sux that it wont run, and yeah thx for rubbing it in how cool this game is :P. The problem is that my graphic card is 2 new for this game and patching wont help. So I guess my last option is getting it for the 360, I feel sorry for my poor wallet....

Here, go to your video card control panel and then the 3D settings tab and find something about extention limits and switch it off then try the game.
