Duke Nukem 3D not available at some countries

Hi,

My brothers back in Buenos Aires, Argentina, have tried to buy the game with Microsoft Points, but xbox live rejects it because it says that it is not available for their location.

I know D3D has been banned from Brazil, but it should be available for Argentina.

I assume you are restricting this access by looking at the ip address assignment, and detecting the connection is coming from the LACNIC portion of south america, or maybe just the whole latam.

Can you guys please tune this up a bit so countries that aren't banned can actually play the game ?

I wonder it would increase revenue for 3D Realms as well.

You need to talk to m$ - where and who the game is available to is up to them, not 3D Realms.

No. It's down to the country the game is banned in, not Microsoft. Meaning you'll have to ask someone \ a group that bans this stuff within your country to un-ban it

Read the original post, it is NOT banned in Argentina. Apparently they are being lumped in with Brazil because of server issues or something.
