I remember preordering not long after that giant PC Gamer article ages ago. Didn't put any money on it though and the company canceled the preorder 6 months later. A shame too, the old screenshots looked really good at the time and I was really looking forward to.

haha, i actually reseved a copy of dnf when it was still in development with the quake 2 engine for muchos cheap.. i think the total was like $17

Yeah, I don't think anyone's gonna get any refunds out of this one for their preorders. Knowing GameStop they may never even let you transfer that preorder to anything else, that I can think of... Dunno how long they let that money in their system before they drop that opportunity.
