How can I get the Flamingo speech sounds

Hey, I know you can extract the music files. But does anyone know how to get the pink flamingo's files? I am really looking for the "Mirrors are more fun than television" file.

When you install the devtools, it extracts all the audio files. The sound file will be, MaxPayne2Dev\Game\data\database\sounds\First_Addre ss_Unknown\first_address_unknown_dlg_1102.wav

It sounds kinda different from the game, but I could be wrong. To me, it sounds higher-pitched.
