Possible bug - bankrobbers in the air?

bankrobbers floating in the air

down in the bank after the killin of all the subjects, one of them hangs tru a desktop...i wonder is this something frequently happening or is it just a buggy??

it happens everywhere! if you shoot at a bad guy next to a car or a pole ect... they may stay floating in the air. A game cant be perfect.
