Just thought you would like to know MPHQ is no longer the only place where you can get your MP website/mod hosted. We have just received green light from the Gamespy head guys for hosting. So that is why i want to inform you that if you have any project, website or mod and you need hosting we can help you out.

Well let's see:

I personally like the chance to work on a Gamespy supported site that has a real possiblity of achieving the Planet status which means a hell lot more recognition because the planet sites are basically Gamespy star sites (most planet sites are lead their respective communities as you can observe in planethalflife.com, planetquake.com or planetunreal.com).

When you join the staff you also get your own weblog/column to post anything you like, feature which i personally love.

Aditionally every staff member gets a news posting account and a @3dactionplanet.com email account from Gamespy and access to the staff section of our forum.

I think it a really cool opportunity and it won't drain all your free time. I basically write an article per week and post some news from time to time and still have got plenty of time to work on my mod which is what i really enjoy to do.
