DNF doomed due to the trial?!

in May the trial is one year old. And it seems to us there isn't much progress. Scott said in May last year, that this will only take about a year. Then the teasing started in November with the Duke Fan Page. But with the beginning of 2010 the teasing stopped. Only Jon St. John teased us to read between the lines.

The latest months seemed like there is no light at the end of the infamous tunnel.

If there is no real progress in this court trial DNF is certainly doomed. Take 2 doesn't want the trial to stop and this will hinder DNF from coming out. I predict that the trial will go into 2011. I'm not willed to wait that long for DNF.
There it is guys DNF murdered by Take 2.

Some things will never see the light of day.

3drealms can finish duke nukem forever during this trial...

they just need to find money somewhere... and then there probably is a trial between them because 3drealms will say that take 2 didn't market the title at all, etc... etc...

either way, duke nukem forever is doomed as long as 3drealms and take2 keep fighting an open war...

3DR want to stop the trial but Take 2 doesn't. I guess DNF is only weeks/moths away from completion and Take 2 is aware of that, but it doesn't change their oppinion to keep fighting 3DR.

IT'S DONE they are gonna start the hype train pretty soon.
it will be released on the one year anniversary of the "Law Suit"
so look forward to May...
