Didn't the American version of Max Payne come with a bonus CD containing Duke Nukem 3D v1.5?

No it didn't, I have the American version. It was the pre-order version from Amazon.com or something that had this extra version if I recall it correctly, maybe not Amazon, but some online store or something in the US.

I have not heard of a bonus disc. That does not mean that Take Two/Rockstar could not slap a bonus disc with it (although, if they do, it is not anything done by Remedy).

There are several different packages (legal and illegal) of Max being sold around the world. It is impossible for us to know all of them.

I got a bonus disk with my copy of Max Payne. EB Games offered a special disk if you preordered Max Payne. If memory serves, the bonus disk mainly had the full version of Duke Nukem 3D (although it was rather buggy and crashed frequently on me) and maybe some other Max Payne media ie. wallpaper, a trailer, etc.

I highly doubt that EB Games is still offering the promotion, since Max came out a couple years ago and the promotion was for the beginning release of Max Payne.

What bonus disc? I don't know anything about one, either.
