Stuck on Twin Dragon level three

I am stuck on the third level of twin dragon "emergency room".I have the yellow keycard and cant find any place to use it and the rest of the level is locked.The only readers i can find are for blue and green keycards.Does anyone know what do do?Thanks in advance for any help.Also i am using the swp.

Yellow is used at the end. After acquiring the blue key (at the bottom of the impossibly steep stairs), flip the switch to move the staircase into position so that you can use the key to open the operating theaters. The theater on the right should have the green key, which when used, will reveal the elevator that works using the yellow key.

A word of warning about playing Twin Dragon using SWP -- Secret Garden is impossible to complete due to crashes on this map.

After you enter the hospital, you make a couple right turns and end up in a hub of doors. There should be a ridiculously steep staircase to your left. At the bottom is a morgue I believe that has the blue key.
