Problem Launching PREY
I have recently bought PREY from my local Game store. When I brought it home I installed it without any problems. When I went to launch PREY, I clicked play and the whole screen went Grey and a the Microsoft Error Report came up with the two options of Send Error report or Don't Send. I had a look at the minimum requirements again and it seems to be very similar to the game F.E.A.R. which runs fine on my computer. I went back to the Game store and they exchanged it for another disk but I am getting the exact same problem. Can anyone help me. I have right clicked on my computer to find these results:

Microsoft Windows XP
Media Center Edition
Version 2002
Service Pack 2
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4CPU 3.20GHz
3.20 GHz, 960MB of RAM

Please can anyone help me or is it impossible for me to play this game. I haven't had this computer 6 months so I thought it would run it fine.

Graphics card? Driver version?

Is the game fully patched? What Anti-Virus program are you running, as it could be causing a conflict.

I have an on board graphics card and I don't know what you mean about the driver version. I am using AVG anti virus and as for the game being fully patched I don't know what you mean by that either. Sorry I'm a bit thick LOL. Thanks for the reply.
