problem with preyyy

Im having a strange problem, when Im playing prey just after the beggining of the game (when you get to first portal in the ship), the game stop and return to main menu. when I try to resume it starts a newgame so I cant pass this part!!
Anyone know how i can fix it?

Well, start by giving us your system specs: Windows version, graphics card, driver version. Most of that stuff can be found using the dxdiag tool in Windows (Start --> Run... --> dxdiag)

Update OpenAL as well.
