Recovering Duke II disks
I have the original Duke II floppies but aren't they aren't working. How can I recover them. Is it possible?

When you say "They arn't working" What errors are you getting?

My guess is "Would you like to format this disk now?" If that's the case, try another floppy drive.

I was able to recover them with badcopy pro trail . However they won't let me save without paying. What is another freeware floppy recover program?

Just my opinion, but I would not trust something like that to Freeware or even Cheapware. A botched recovery could cause you to lose what you might be able to recover now. Every run through the drive increases the chance of data loss. Even within a "successful" recovery, there can be anomalies you won't know about until you hit them. I have had that happen several times over the years. An example being you might get to the last level and it have errors that cause a crash.
