Prey: what do you think of the music.
I got prey also have the direct song license thing. Which license does you need to use for burning the music to cdr or cdrw. I know this thread is kind of will not go very far but I do not want to ruin a cdr or cdrw. I kind of new to this tech, also the music is very atmospheric.

In places it really does make the game more entertaining, native American sounds.

If you have a valid license, Windows Media Player should be able to burn it for you.
Some older CD drives don't recognize CD-RW formats, so you might want to burn the music to a CD-R for maximum compatability.

The albums are encoded using Windows Media Audio with Windows Media DRM protection. Most of the albums are encoded at 320 kbit/s. DirectSong's licensing allows you to have the music on three computers permanently, allows 2 temporary 8-hour leases in 24 hours, and allows you to burn soundtracks to CD for personal use. About every 6 months, an additional license is added to accounts if an account has run out. The albums themselves can be downloaded as often as needed.

How to get the files to a CDR. ??

IMO Prey hands down has one of the best soundtracks in gaming history. I seldom even find music this moving even in films. Without the music to accompany it, I doubt Prey would've had the emotional impact that it did. The songs really drove the message home. Truly an epic scoring. Prey ranks almost as high in my soundtrack collection as John Williams, James Horner, and Mark Mancina.
