shadow warrior sound issues

i just bought shadow warrior (i got it on Amazon) and i'm having sound issues not with the music but with the sound effects (like slashing, voices, gun shots, etc.) dose anyone know how to fix this i'm tired of just hearing the music and no jokes.

What are the specs of the computer you're trying to run it on.

Try using DOSBox or one of the modern source ports.

could you link some of the source ports and do you want to know the sound card or general specs

You can still get the sound to the DOS version by typing ''irq 5'' at DOSBox startup and then launching the game.

SWP is the best thing ever for Shadow Warrior. Too bad the author retired from working on it (I would only make a minor change to complete widescreen scaling as everything else is just perfect on this port).
