Yes, it definitely is! I found the movie on IMDB for set release in 2011. Duke is back, apparently on a huge screen.

Hopeful if duke nukem is not released before this
it will provide funding for the game

they might release DNF and the movie around the same time when the hype is at its highest.

hopefully the Duke Nukem movie isn't a trainwreck like the Doom movie was.

That news was a year old; why am I only just finding out about this?

The Doom movie wasn't all too bad; at least the few monsters in the movie were based off Doom monsters.
