Look at what I found here: a band named WPI released an album titled Duke Nukem Forever. I wonder if they were legally allowed to do it (BTW, I listened to the preview, and it sucks major ass IMO).

. What were they thinking? Anyway I doubt anyone will ever listen to it, so it won't be much of a legal issue I think.
