Blood and Gore pack
It's done! Hellbound did all of the code, and I did the graphics. It should all be in here. Enjoy!

Shit! Then how will I get it on here? Should I divide it into more than 1 file? What is the max size?

You could host it somewhere and then post the link to the file.

I don't have the first clue how to do that. If I knew anything about posting files, I would've got it right the first time. I emailed Parkar, maybe he could get it on the forum.

I don't really see how you can directly reply to someone, completely ignore what they said and then ask a question that their entire post is the answer to. It's as if someone said "whoa, did you see that red Viper go by?" to which someone replies "no.. what color was it?". No offense whatsoever is meant by any of this post, I just wish people would follow the "RCP" concept a bit more closely. Read, comprehend and then post!

The answer for the "then how will I get it on here?" part of your question is that you need to upload it to a website somewhere and link it. If you need me to host the file for you, you have my e-mail address.

Well the server the forum lies on needs to save all the files and lots of 1 meg files would be pretty much space after a while. The feature is mostly meant for posting small images and stuff like that and not to be used for hosting files.

It has all the pain skins, and Hellbound's particle system. He did the code, and I did the graphics. It's a bloody mess! It's 6mb and I couldn't attach it. I didn't know that because I just joined.

They're thumbnail files from Windows. They are a bandwidth waster and are fairly worthless, so I removed them before I uploaded the zip.

Although your version of Blood is far from complete, it great to see someone try. If I remember right, you did GL Duke. It wasn't half as complete as winblood, but it still was neat. Are you using shadow warrior code for winblood, or just duke? If you ever need gore or painskins done for WinBlood, just let me know. I am passionate about drawing gore.

Re: Blood and Gore pack
The majority of the GAME code I wrote from scratch. There is a little bit of code from Duke Nukem and kenbuild that I used to get started(writing the INIT code, and movement code for usage with Jonof's port of Build). There is Shadow Warrior SOS code that I ported over, but I didn't use because it doesn't work, so for right now at least im using a heavlly modified version of Colourless SOS code.

And odviouslly it using the Jonof Build port : ).

I just tried it and it worked fine. Make sure the game.con is in your JFDuke directory, and put the monsters.def and decals.def in the highres/sprites directory. Put the images in the right folder, and that's it. I have no idea why you're having problems.

The game con need to fit your duke version, so if you have sharware/1.3d/atomic you need a game con made for it.

Thankyou so much. This pack is absolutely fantastic! I haven't tried the underwater bit yet, but it's great putting god mode on, and shotgunning every enemy I see - lovely to see blood splattered all over the wall behind them . . .

Thanks for nice opinions

Gore pack will never work with Duke Nukem v 1.3, because there isn't option "userator" there, you can just overwrite existing actors... no way... not my fault anyway

Now I'm trying to do Jibs Staying System, but I can't promise anything...

... If I'll do that, you can call me "The God!"

Anyway, we need Jibs Models!

Hey, Dr Kill! Did you do any changes in game.con ?

I don't know if it's possible... the same for jibs. TerminX, you're the man of the con, maybe you can help me...

I don't want to make new actor, just want to cheat the code and edit existing jib actors... trying, trying and nothing. If I'm changing position of Jibs in Defs.con to value +1, They don't flying, just standing in place (without animation), but there's no way to edit their code! The code is locked not in actor but in the tile number. What about that ?

And because I'm one of the reasons why this thread existing, I WANT TO MAKE THIS THREAD ALSO ABOUT NEW SPECIAL EFFECTS.

Okay, there are some nice animations of smoke and explosions done, but can't upload it to game because there are no free frames (and that explosion takes 40 -60). Any ideas ?

I think that stuff might be hard coded. I tried making stuff like this in eduke, but it used that crappy particle system of mine. The only way to do it is to make a new actor.
