DTX textures?

I know this not related to Build stuff, it's more for Shogo, but does anyone know of a program to view/browse/convert DTX textures? I can't find any good one. All I got is GameFileExplorer wich is rather good, but has no support for cnverting or freely browsing DTX. Thanx.

You have to download Lith Tools to be able to convert DXT textures into more common format.
