Problem in Taiwang

There used to be a problem in the Taiwang add-on, when playing in 2 player cooperative mode. On Level 3, when you die, you'd get sent back to the beginning of the level, and usually end up stuck behind the boat that you came in on, in a position where it was impossible to get back out from behind the boat to re-enter the fight. Was this ever fixed?

Taiwang was never designed for anything else other than a single player game.

Well, in that case, it works pretty well as one, except for that one bit. There's an 11-year old that I like to play the single player levels with in cooperative mode, like Batman and Boy Wonder-san (Two Wangs are better than one. Ha, ha.) We might do things like play all the levels of Enter the Wang without either one dying. Taiwang is one he likes because it's one of the few with modified weaponry. But you've got to be extra careful not to die in Level 3 lest you get stuck.
