Duke It Out D.C Install error, maybe to due with Vista?

When i click the install button for duke it out d.c it gives me a error saying
"Runtime Error 200: 040E:0091"
It might have to due with vista or its a corrupt file.
Could someone send me a link to download a full version for Duke It Out D.C?
I am pretty sure thats legal because its fan-made am i right?

It wasn't fan made but by a company named Sunstorm Interactive. They do not exist any more, but this doesn't mean the addon is freeware. Just the same as Duke3D isn't freeware now that 3D Realms went over the edge.

DukeDC could become freeware if someone from the former team gave permission to freely distribute it or the like. The possibility that this happens, however, is not much above zero.

You have to apply one of the date change patches for Turbo Pascal executables... You both don't know what are you talking about.

BTW. Some elitist moderator closed all the topics in this room, while you are opening new ones. What's the point of closing then?

I would assume it's because TX wanted to migrate them to duke4.net

But now we have word that these forums will stay, but most users have already moved to duke4.net
