Dopefish Pokémon

That Dopefish Pokémon thing on the main page is fake. You can tell because the Dopefish image is higher resolution than the surrounding graphics. The rest of the hack is very good, though--they got the font right and everything.

Just in case, I searched through the ROMs for Pokémon Red, Blue, and Pinball with a utility called ROMSearcher and found no occurrences of the strings "dopefish", "Dopefish", or "DOPEFISH", or any bit-shiftings of these. :P

And has anyone got a smaller version of that big text drawing at the bottom of the main page?

I emailed Joe a while ago saying almost the exact same thing, Justin

. I don't think he plans on updating the page for another few months at least

Yeah, I've gotten a ton of emails.

The Dopefish site is pretty low priority for me - I've got a ton of other things that need to be done that are more important than this.

OK, I went in and removed the text about the Pokemon thing. Didn't make a big deal about the update, just removed the text.

I faked those 2 pics...

when i sent them in i said that they were fake on the email...

also you could tell that they were fake beacuse there were two different pictures of the dopefish. In the pokemon game there is only one picture of the pokemon and it just moved around when u did somtin'...
