DopeFish on Counter-Strike!

hey people, i have designed an colored spray logo of dopey! its quite cool. Here are the instructions of how to put in on your CS and dope-spray!

1st-Download the sprayfile at:
www.revolutionbr.kit.net/pldecal.wad
2nd-Now make a backup of your pldecal.wad file at Half-life/logos and at Half-life/cstrike/
3rd-Now replace the files that you have just made a bkup.
4th-Now run CS. Remember: DON'T GO INTO THE CUSTOMIZATION SCREEN OR THE SPRAY WON'T WORK ANYMORE! If you do it, get out of CS and replace the pldecal files again...
5th-After you are inside the game, just press T and spray the dope-fish!!!

Would it work on any Half-Life mod like TFC?

There was an old level of the original TF for quake.
